Well, the site has been on line for a week and it’s been fun to see hits from around the world. Some of these are from readers who know Local Patrol from Bitstrips but some from on-line web-comic lists like WebcomicZ and Buzzcomics that I’ve suggested the strip to. On top of that, I’ve also launched the Local Patrol MySpace page today, so there’s a few more places for people to learn about the strip. For people new to the strip, it may seem that it just appeared but I’ve been running it for a while on Bitstrips and today was a bit of a milestone for me there. Although, as of this writing, I’ve only done four hundred and sixty six Local Patrol episodes, I have done a few other strips. Today, over on Bitstrips, I published strip number five hundred. People tell me that they can’t believe how many strips I’ve done in such a short time and good ones at that (they tell me). July second, when I started this wasn’t so long ago. How many strips do I have in me? Tons and tons and tons more. Today people were telling me they wanted five hundred more. I plan on doing a whole lot more than that!
